At Orbit Digital, we work closely with every client to ensure your project meets your vision before launch. This refund policy outlines when refunds apply.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For all one-time website projects, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your initial deposit. If within the first 7 days of starting work you are not satisfied with the direction, you may request a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
After 7 Days
After the first 7 days, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. Once you have approved a milestone in writing (such as design approval), that portion of the work becomes non-refundable as it represents delivered value.
Monthly Retainer Services
You may cancel any monthly service at any time with 7 days written notice via email or WhatsApp. No refund is issued for the current billing period, and no penalties apply for future months. You retain access to all work delivered up to your cancellation date.
Final Payment on Launch
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project launch and final approval. Once launched and approved, the project is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We respond to all payment disputes professionally and in good faith. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us directly at orbitdigitaluae@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We will always work toward a fair resolution.
How to Request a Refund
Email orbitdigitaluae@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include your project name and reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.
