1. Agreement
By using the website https://orbitdigital.ae or engaging Orbit Digital for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Orbit Digital provides:
Premium website design and development
AI chatbot implementation
WhatsApp automation systems
Booking and lead capture systems
Business dashboards
Automation consulting
The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed in writing (via email or proposal) before work begins.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.
Final prices are confirmed in a written proposal. We do not charge more than agreed without your written approval.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. We do not store card details.
4. Project Scope
Each project is scoped individually. Changes to scope after project start may affect cost and timeline.
We will notify you in writing if scope changes affect pricing.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, content, and feedback on time.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds (see Pricing page).
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and assets.
Orbit Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Any third-party tools, plugins, or licences used remain subject to their own licencing terms.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your business details, data, or strategies with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Orbit Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g. number of leads, revenue) from our deliverables.
9. Payment Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us at orbitdigitalsystems@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your payment provider.
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
Chargebacks raised without prior communication may result in legal action to recover costs.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice.
Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Orbit Digital fails to start the project within the agreed timeframe.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
